2023 Investment Achievements
In 2023 we invested in training and development of our employees, including extensive upgrades to our fleet of vehicles to be compliant in the gas and oil sector. This investment created positive growth for the company securing works on Chevron and QGC sites completing the installation of HDPE lines and automated wash bays for vehicles. Total investment into employees and company totaled $46,700.00 with a project return value of $163,000.00.
Further demonstrating to tier one companies the investment we place into our Indigenous employee program is at the forefront of our mind as we grow our company. These works showcased our professional abilities creating new long-lasting relationships.

We continued our works with established mining companies, moving into more critical pathway infrastructure upgrades during scheduled outage upgrades. This included extensive HDPE and vale replacements to a copper and gold mill. This included back to back crews operating under restricted schedule during adverse weather conditions. Value of works was completed under budget and on time injury and incident free. $93,000.00.

As a company we have continued our expansion across the eastern seaboard of Australia. Our Sydney based branch has developed teams of SMP operations. The satellite crews operate across multiple sites facilitating the install of the Sydney Metro upgrades and dewatering plants. These crews are fixed on 4 - 6 month contracts creating sustained works for our company. Value $423,000.00.
